Family-friendly but lacking atmosphere

The location was incredible, right near bustling spots with amazing food,, we had a quiet room that was well decorated. Staff were really friendly, and check-in was efficient,, which is always a plus.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive,, but I suppose you get what you pay for.

The location was perfect for enjoying Lille's vibrant atmosphere, especially during the Christmas market. We loved the spacious duplex family room. it provided ample space for our little ones to play while we relaxed on the balcony.

My children wanted better bedding options for their sleep comfort.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in a Duplex Family Room with its unique split-level design, providing separate sleeping areas for adults and children. The room was spacious with a lovely balcony, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Breakfast hours from 7 AM to 11 AM offered fantastic flexibility, allowing me to enjoy a delightful spread each morning while soaking in the relaxed atmosphere.

Perfect location, quite expensive

Compact but Convenient

I stayed for one night in a Privilege Room, and while it was quite small, the room was well-equipped with a good walk-in shower and satisfactory toiletries. I appreciated the immaculate cleanliness throughout my stay. the road noise outside was bothersome early in the morning, and the breakfast options were limited and overpriced, making it an area ripe for improvement.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Mercure Lille Centre Vieux Lille. The location was perfect for exploring the charming Old Lille, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The breakfast provided a good variety and was plentiful.

The lift access involves a few stairs.

the mercure is in an excellent location, right near restaurants and bars. we arrived late, and the staff was super helpful, making check-in a breeze. the standard twin room was quiet, and the separation of the WC and bathroom was a nice touch. really recommended for families!
